Marinade for Fourth of July salmon

1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 Tbsp. distiller white vinegar
2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
2 tsp lime zest
1 1/2 tsp honey
2 tsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp seafood seasoning such as old bay
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp hot pepper sauce
Salmon
Whisk all together and pour on salmon and marinate for 6 hours.

Dressing
1 8oz light sour cream
1/2 cup adobe sauce.. Chipotle
2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
2 tsp lime zest
1/4 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp seafood seasoning such as old bay
Salt and pepper to taste

Toppings
Tortillas
Tomatoes
Cilantro chopped
Coleslaw
Lime wedges
